Our acacia honey is a true treasure of the Kępa Redłowska Nature Reserve. Its subtly sweet taste with a delicate floral aroma makes it one of the most prized honeys in Poland.


Acacia honey is known for its calming properties – ideal for those experiencing chronic stress. It also supports the digestive system and works as an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent, regenerating the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract.

Its clear, almost transparent color and liquid texture make it a perfect match for tea, baked goods, and desserts. As it crystallizes, acacia honey turns a warm, light yellow. At home, this is the honey we drizzle over oatmeal, sweeten herbal infusions with,
and sometimes argue over the last spoonful.
